One of the overriding issues facing the trade show industry today is the rising cost of the equipment, as well as the cost of the training of personnel for the company trade stand.
You don't get something for nothing and by just walking past a trade show stand, you can see where money has been spent. Despite the cost and time issues involved in preparing for a trade show, the importance of such an event for business cannot be underestimated.
You never know who will turn up and you and your business must be prepared. Biting the bullet and investing in an impressive show stand and well trained personnel will yield results, even if it this is hard to do in the current climate.
The future will see trade show suppliers having to lower their prices and businesses increasing their expenditure for training their staff.
Only those companies who remain competitive will survive.
